Fund Assets under management peaked at over £1bn in the UK and Guernsey, including notable Student Accomodation, Ground Rent and Farmland funds listed in Guernsey.
Today, since the wind down of most of the unregulated funds, we have repurposed – still managing select funds but widening our scope including property, its management, and creating value in society through enterprise.
